Dimensional Inspection
RETI inspect the dimentional and geometric size and tolerance for each single product according to customer's given specification, by standard meter, digimatic caliper, micrometer,
CMM (Coordinater Measuring Machine) and test blocks.
We inspect:
OD / ID / Thickness / Wall / Width / Length / Chamfer / Threads
Straightness / Planarity / Concentricity
Laboratory Tests
RETI test the material according to standard typical or customer designated. We are able to provide traceable Testing Reports for:
- Chemical composition （ICP, GDMS, LECO）
- Mechanical properties （Universal）
- Microstructure, Grainsize (Metallographic microscope, SEM)
- Hardness, Density
Other Inspection
Other inspections are made on-site. Such as,
- Surface roughness
- Nondestructive inspection (Ultrasonic, Eddy current or X-ray)
- Dye penetration
- Hydraulic pressure
