High density tungsten alloy (W-Ni-Fe and W-Ni-Cu):
Tungsten heavy alloy is named as its high density which contains a high tungsten content and low amount of NiFe. Compared to pure tungsten, tungsten heavy alloy has similar density, however, the binder material nickel and iron make it easier to machine than pure tungsten.
ReTi Metal can offer 4 class of tungsten heavy alloy from 90W-Ni-Fe to 97W-Ni-Fe.
When non-magnetic characteristics requested, W-Ni-Cu will be used as a substituted material.
